Role Responsibilities

The Customer Support Intern (Telecaller) is more than just a calling role-it s a frontline opportunity to connect, support, and inspire individuals on their wellness journey. You ll play a vital role in introducing VMax s transformative services, answering questions with empathy and clarity, and helping customers take their first confident steps toward better health. With clear targets, supportive mentorship, and real responsibility, this internship is designed to help you grow while delivering measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Engagement: Initiate warm, engaging outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce VMax s wellness services and spark interest with confidence and authenticity.
• CRM Management: Maintain detailed, real-time records of all customer interactions and ensure accurate, timely updates in the CRM system.
• Customer Understanding Support: Listen actively to understand customer needs, then offer personalized insights, guidance, or swiftly escalate complex concerns to the right team.
• Performance Excellence: Consistently exceed daily calling targets while maintaining a minimum 95% successful connection rate-proving reliability and resilience.
• Feedback Insight Sharing: Share actionable feedback, emerging trends, and customer insights with the support and operations team to help us continuously improve.
• Brand Representation: Represent VMax with professionalism, empathy, and positivity in every interaction-because wellness starts with trust.

Qualifications Required

• 6 months - 1 year of experience in customer support with curiosity, energy, and a passion for helping others.
• Strong communication skills in English and/or regional languages-especially conversational fluency and a friendly, approachable tone.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel; CRM familiarity is a plus, but not required).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment: manage high call volumes, stay organized, and work independently with confidence.
• Empathetic, patient, and genuinely eager to learn about health, wellness, and how small changes can lead to big transformations.
