Sterling Outsourcing is hiring for a US Health Care Voice Process . We are a global BPO and outsourcing company specializing in Customer Experience, Credit Control, Debt Recovery, Finance & Accounting, and back-office solutions.
Note : we are hiring for our client based out in Thane.

Job description:
- Handle inbound calls from patients, registered nurses/doctors, and pharmaceutical regarding orders, cancellations, refunds, and related queries.
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding while addressing customer concerns.
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and customer service.
- Follow defined processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable handling voice calls
- Willingness to work in US shifts
- Minimum 6 months of Voice background
- Prior US Healthcare/BPO experience preferred
