We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for an Email/Chat Support Process.
Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur
Shift: Rotational Shift
Experience candidates with up to 6 months of experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries via Email and Chat support
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Follow process guidelines and quality standards
• Meet productivity and performance targets
• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required
• Maintain professional communication and documentation
Desired Skills:
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency
• Customer-centric approach and problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Compensation:
