Fresher: 15k in hand

Experience: 19 k CTC and 14 in hand

Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 6 Days in a Week
Working Hours: 9 Hours per Day
Shift: Rotational Shifts

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and customer interactions professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the defined turnaround time.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the CRM/system.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
• Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
