Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
• Handle inbound voice process calls from customers in Kannada and English language.
• Resolve customer issues related to products/services offered by the company.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
