Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in an International Voice or Non-Voice Process.
Experience in Chat & Email processes is preferred.
Candidates with experience in E-commerce, Seller Support, or Customer Support processes will be preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in a dynamic customer-support environment.
