Job Opening Customer Service Executive | E-commerce Process

Process: Voice + Email + Chat

Experience: E-commerce experience mandatory
Qualification: HSC / Graduate
Communication: Versant Level 4

Job Responsibilities:-

• Handle customer queries and concerns through voice, email, and chat channels.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses to customer queries.
• Assist customers with order-related queries, product information, delivery updates, returns, refunds, and other e-commerce-related concerns.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate resolutions within the defined process guidelines.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Ensure proper documentation and updating of customer interactions in the system.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
• Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain professional communication and a customer-focused approach across all channels.

Candidate Requirements:-

• Candidates with mandatory e-commerce customer service experience are eligible.
• Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Versant Level 4 communication proficiency required.
• Comfortable handling Voice, Email, and Chat processes.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills will be preferred.

Salary & Work Schedule:-

• CTC: 25,000 per month
• In-Hand: 21,000 per month
• Shift Window: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Rotational
