Process: Inbond Domestic Welcome calling Process (No Sales)

Shift: Fixed Day Shift (9:00 AM 6:00 PM)

Week Off: Rotational Week Off

Work Type: Work from Office

Proficiancy ( Mandatory)- Kannada & Telugu ( Read and Write)

Location- Perungudi, Chennai .

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Inbond customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Maintain customer records and update the database with call details.

Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

• Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.

Requirements:

Qualification: 12th Pass & Above

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Should be comfortable working in a day shift environment.
