Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process in the logistics industry. Candidates should have excellent English communication skills and the ability to handle international customer queries professionally.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to shipments, deliveries, and logistics.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Excellent English communication skills (B2 level).
• International Voice Process experience preferred.
• Undergraduates must have a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary Details

• Undergraduates (6+ months of experience): 41,000 CTC | 36,000 In-Hand
• Graduates: 32,000 CTC | 26,000 In-Hand
