Customer Support Executive-Voice Process

Job description:

• Designation: Executive & Sr.Executive (International / Domestic)
• Process : Voice & Non voice
• Languages Known: Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/ Malayalam/Hindi/English (mandatory)
• Work Location: Chennai
• Work mode: Work from office
• Qualification: HSE
• Notice period: Immediate Joiners
• Interview Venue: HEXAWARE TECHNOLOGIES, Featherlite 200 feet Road, Pallavaram.

Salary: 2.16 LPA to 4.75 LPA

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Freshers to 4 years of Experience in Outbound and Inbound calls with excellent communication.
• Candidate should be strong in communication.
• Should be speed in typing.
• Only Immediate joiners.
• Should be able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech.
• Should be comfortable working for 5 days with 2 days rotational offs.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts
