About the Role:

As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be responsible for delivering seamless and high-quality support across digital and voice channels. This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in chat, email, or inbound customer service who are looking to grow in an omnichannel support environment. You will act as the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in shaping their overall experience with the brand.

Process Composition:

• 80% Non-Voice (Chat & Social Media Platforms)
• 20% Voice (Inbound Customer Calls)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Take-home Salary: 18,500 per month
• Gross Salary: Up to 23,000 per month
• Fixed salary structure with scope for performance-based growth
• Paid training and onboarding
• Opportunity to transition into higher roles based on performance

Work Schedule:

• Rotational shifts:
• 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
• 3:30 PM 12:30 AM
• Weekly off: 1 rotational off
• Applicable for both male and female candidates

Eligibility Requirements:

• Graduate (mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (chat/email/inbound voice)
• Strong command of English (V4 communication standard)
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
