Customer Support Executive , US Taxation

Job Description

Stone Mark Tax LLC is hiring Customer Support Executives for our US Taxation process in Hyderabad.

We are looking for candidates with excellent English communication and customer-handling skills who are comfortable interacting with US-based clients.

Freshers with strong communication skills as well as candidates with experience in International Voice Process, US Customer Support, BPO, Customer Service, or US Taxation are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with US-based clients through calls and emails.
  • Assist clients throughout the US tax filing process.
  • Explain documentation requirements and follow up for pending information.
  • Handle client queries and provide timely updates.
  • Coordinate between clients and the US tax preparation team.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
  • Build professional relationships and provide a high-quality customer experience.
  • Meet assigned customer service and performance targets during the US tax season.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
  • Strong written communication and email skills.
  • Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working 9:00 PM 6:00 AM from our Hyderabad office.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in International Voice Process / US Process / Customer Support / BPO is preferred.
  • Candidates with prior US Taxation experience will have an added advantage.
  • Basic computer and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to learn and build a career in the US taxation industry.
