Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls for the US Healthcare process.
• Assist customers with healthcare-related queries.
• Handle queries related to claims, insurance, and billing.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
• Update customer details in the system.
• Maintain good customer service and communication.

Requirements

• Freshers can apply.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable working in US shifts/night shifts.
• Willing to work from office in Bangalore.
• Graduate / Undergraduate / 12th Pass as per process eligibility.
