Location-Lucknow (Hazratganj & Gomtinagar)

Salary Up to 15K ctc & for Freshers

Salary Up to 21K ctc & for Experienced

with Quarterly bonus upto 2k

• Only Graduate's can apply.
• Freshers / Experience are welcome.
• Good communication skills in English

Shift Details

• Shift: Rotational Shifts
• Work Schedule:6 days working per week
• Rotational week off

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries via voice, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information and timely issue resolution.
• Maintain quality standards and achieve productivity targets.
• Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Follow company policies and process guidelines
