Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to clients through phone, email, or chat.
  
• Handle customer inquiries related to travel bookings, reservations, and ticketing.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with international voice process exposure.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
  
• Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus) for airline ticketing and reservation management.
  
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.
