Your activities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, Team s chat
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within specified timelines.
• Maintain a professional and empathetic approach when interacting with customers.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Process Purchase order , send dispatch detail, making MIS Report subsidiary wise and Product wise
• Sales planning, Handling domestic order Rejection, Tracking delays in Orders
  
  

Your profile

• Any Graduate in Commerce/ Art/ BBA / MBA
• Experience- 0 to 3 yrs
