Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Graduation Mandatory (Any stream)
- Experience:1year and above
- (Required Social media experience)
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Handling customer queries via Chat, Email & Calls (Semi Voice)
- Resolving customer issues with high customer satisfaction
- Working in rotational shifts if required
6 days working
1 week off
