Location- Noida (62, 63, 127)

1. Customer Support Executive

Salary & Benefits

• 15 k to 20 K in hand for Freshers
• 25 k to 30 K CTC for Experienced

Eligibility

• Any UG / Graduate Freshers / Experience can apply.
• Excellent communication skills in English

2. Sales Executive

Salary & Benefits

• 24 K in hand with incentives for Experienced

Eligibility

• Any Graduate with minimum 6 month of Experience can apply.

Shift Details

• Shift: Rotational Shifts
• Cabs are provided
• Work Schedule:6 days working per week
• Rotational week off

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries via voice, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information and timely issue resolution.
• Maintain quality standards and achieve productivity targets.
• Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Follow company policies and process guidelines
