We are hiring for Customer Support Executive for a Multinational BPO!

Qualification: Graduate & Undergraduate.

Experience: Fresher & Experienced.

Salary:

For Freshers

Salary upto 15k CTC (11K in hand) + 1800 Quarterly bonus

For Experienced

Salary upto 18k CTC (14K in hand) + 1800 Quarterly bonus

Mandatory System Requirements:-

* Laptop/Desktop with:

* Intel i5/i7 Processor or

* AMD Ryzen 5/Ryzen 7 Processor

* Minimum 8GB RAM

* Windows 10 or above

* Stable broadband/Wi-Fi connection with at least 50 Mbps

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
• Resolve customer issues related to products/services offered by the company.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
