Shift Details:

Female- Day Shift

Male- 24* 7 Rotational Shifts

Role & responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries and concerns through email, live chat, social media, and other written communication channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, payments, and account-related issues.
• Resolve customer complaints and service requests within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
• Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Preferred candidate profile : Any 12th pass/Graduate- Fresher/Experiencd can apply.
