We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Voice Process in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries via chat support, providing timely and accurate resolutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through voice support
• Provide accurate information and quick resolutions
• Maintain quality standards in communication
• Follow company guidelines and processes
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Good written communication skills in English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
