Customer Support Executive(L1)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Love Executive (L1 Support) to deliver exceptional customer service through voice and non-voice support channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chat support professionally.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests with a focus on First Contact Resolution (FCR).
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams and ensure timely closure.
• Accurately log customer interactions and updates in CRM systems.
• Meet service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and productivity targets.
• Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback for process improvements.
• Deliver a positive customer experience with empathy and professionalism.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• HINDI LANGUAGE IS MUST

Eligibility

• 12th Pass or Graduate (Any Discipline).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Prior experience in BPO, Customer Support, Voice Process, Email Support, or Chat Support is preferred.
