Salary:- Upto 30K CTC

Roles & Responsibilities,

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Manage customer orders, returns, and service requests.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team or manager.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
