Customer Support Executive ( Kannada)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer support through phone calls.
• Process customer requests, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Provide product information, answer questions about services offered by the company.

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or similar industry.
• Strong communication skills in Kannada language (written & spoken).
• Excellent query handling and query resolution skills with ability to work under pressure.
