## Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an international UK Logistics process in Noida. Candidates will handle customer queries related to shipments, delivery updates, tracking, and other logistics-related services while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.

### Salary Structure

- **Undergraduates:** 41,000 CTC | 36,000 In-Hand (minimum 6 months of relevant experience required)

- **Graduates:** 32,000 CTC | 26,000 In-Hand

### Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for UK logistics customers.

- Assist customers with shipment tracking, delivery updates, and logistics-related queries.

- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

- Maintain accurate customer records and follow service quality standards.

- Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication.

### Candidate Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills (B2 level).

- Experience in international voice customer support preferred.

- Logistics, shipment, or delivery support experience will be an advantage.

- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

- Flexible to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
