Job Details

Process: International Voice / Blended Process
Location: Bangalore (Work From Office)
Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in International Voice Process, International Sales, Client Servicing, or Customer Support
Salary: Up to 4.5 LPA + Attractive Incentives
Shift: US Shift / Rotational Shifts

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must currently reside in Bangalore
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process
• Willingness to work in rotational,or US shifts
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through calls and provide effective resolutions
• Understand customer requirements and deliver appropriate solutions
• Build positive customer relationships through empathy and active listening
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high service standards
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
• Conduct research and follow up on customer issues when required
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
