Customer Support Executive-international process

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and non-voice processes for international clients.
  
• Provide excellent customer support by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  
• Work on various international processes such as blended processing, email processing, and chat processing.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and improve overall performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in an International BPO or Call Center environment.
  
• Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken).
  
• Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts.
  
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
