Job Description
We are hiring HSC and Graduate candidates for multiple international BPO processes supporting customers across the UK, US and Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice/chat processes
- Provide accurate and professional customer support
- Resolve customer concerns within defined timelines
- Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards
- Follow process guidelines and company policies
Eligibility
- HSC / Graduate candidates can apply
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Details
- Salary: 15,000 – 50,000 per month
- Working Days: 5 days
- Week Offs: 2 rotational week offs
- Processes: UK / US / Australia
- Shift: Rotational shifts
- Work Mode: Work From Office
