Customer Support Executive - International BPO || Salary up To 36K

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from international customers and resolve queries efficiently.
• Provide support related to accounts, billing, orders, services, and general customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Location: Manyata Tech Park / Bellandur / Whitefield, Bengaluru (Work from Office)

Salary: 3.2 LPA 7 LPA + Shift Allowance + Incentives

Shift: UK / US Rotational Shift

Eligibility:

• Undergraduate or Graduate candidates can apply.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
