We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a leading international BPO in Mohali.

Process: International Voice / Voice and Chat Support
Experience: 03 Years
Qualification: 12th Pass, Undergraduate or Graduate
Shift: Rotational/Night Shift
Working Days: 5 or 6 Days
Cab Facility: Available as per company policy

Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customers through inbound/outbound calls or chat.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and within the required timeline.
- Maintain accurate customer information in the system.
- Meet quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow company processes and communication standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Good spoken English and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational or night shifts.
- Basic computer and typing knowledge.
- Customer-focused attitude with good listening skills.
