Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information and resolutions.
• Communicate with customers professionally through the assigned support channel.
• Understand customer concerns and resolve issues within defined timelines.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of customer interactions.
• Follow company processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.

Eligibility

• Freshers experiend 1-3 Yrs can apply.
• Good English communication skills are required.
• Candidates should have basic computer knowledge.
• Candidates must be willing to work according to business requirements, including rotational shifts if applicable.
