- Handle customer queries through voice and chat.

- Must have a personal laptop with a working camera.

Full-Time Position

- Salary: 15,500-17,000 CTC

- Login Hours: 9 hours + 1-hour break

- Shift: Rotational

- Working Days: 6 days a week

- Weekly Off: Rotational

Part-Time Position

- Salary: 9,000

- Login Hours: 5.5 hours

- Shift: Rotational

- Working Days: 6 days a week

- Weekly Off: Rotational
