Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our fast-growing e-commerce team. In this role, you will be the primary voice of our brand, handling customer inquiries, resolving queries, and converting inbound/outbound support interactions into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, chat, and WhatsApp regarding product availability, pricing, and shipping.
Actively guide prospective buyers and convert customer inquiries into confirmed sales.
Provide accurate and friendly product information to ensure a smooth buying experience.
Maintain logs of customer interactions, orders, and sales data using basic Excel.
Follow up on pending inquiries, abandoned carts, or order issues to secure repeat business.
Requirements & Skills:
Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or inside sales (freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome).
Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduation in any stream.
Languages: Good proficiency in spoken and written English.
Technical Skills: Working knowledge of basic Excel for data entry and tracking customer queries.
Preferred/Bonus Skill: Prior experience or background working in the imitation jewelry or lifestyle e-commerce industry will be a strong added advantage.
