Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls in Hindi.
• Understand and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Provide accurate information and support to customers.
• Maintain call records and documentation as required.
• Adhere to quality standards and productivity targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Graduates / Undergraduates are eligible.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
• Basic understanding of English.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Customer-focused attitude with good interpersonal skills.
