We're Hiring: Customer Support Executive | D2C
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Experience: 1–3 Years
Work Type: Full-Time | 6 Days a Week
Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
About the RoleCASEGEAR is looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive with a background in D2C / E-commerce brands. The ideal candidate should understand online customer journeys and be comfortable handling queries across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email & ticketing systems.
- Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, NDR, RTO, returns, exchanges & refunds.
- Manage orders and customer information on Shopify.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues using Shiprocket.
- Handle calls through IVR / cloud telephony tools.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and internal teams for quick resolution.
- Maintain support tickets, follow-ups and customer feedback.
- 1-3 years of Customer Support experience, preferably with a D2C / E-commerce brand.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify & Shiprocket.
- Familiarity with ticketing software and IVR tools.
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
D2C brand experience with hands-on Shopify, Shiprocket and ticketing software experience will be strongly preferred.
