Customer Support Executive - Chat process

Role & responsibilities :

• Handle Inbound and outbound customer interactions.
• Resolving customer queries, concerns and service related issues.
• Manage customer requests through multiple communication channels, including calls, chat.
• Maintain accurate records annd customer interaction details using relevant system.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Undergraduate and graduate candidates are eligible to apply.
• Fresher and experience candidate with excellent English communication skills are required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of MS office applications, including MS excel.

- Salary : Up to 2.5 LPA to 3 LPA

- 6 Days working / Rotational shifts

- Location : Gurugram

- Only Face to Face Interview
