Role & responsibilities

• Inbound & Outbound Calls: Answer incoming customer calls to resolve queries or make outbound calls to follow up on pending issues.
• Problem Resolution: Understand customer complaints over the phone, troubleshoot problems, and offer immediate solutions.
• Call Logging: Record caller details, query summaries, and resolution steps in the CRM database while or right after speaking.

Preferred candidate profile

• Clear, confident verbal communication in English (and regional languages if required).
• Active listening skills and ability to speak calmly under pressure.
