Salary Range: 4.28 LPA to 5.05 LPA (inclusive of variable components & based on current relevant experience)

Specific Responsibilities

Act as a Relationship Manager for paid customers, building trust and ensuring long-term engagement.

Handle inbound and outbound calls for approximately 3–4 hours daily as part of a voice-based customer service process.

Understand customer needs and assist in resolving queries and finding the right tenant or property, with a strong focus on customer experience rather than hard sales targets.

Provide regular, proactive updates on account/service progress and utilize internal tools while adhering to company guidelines for high-quality service delivery.

Go the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction; performance is monitored though the role is not heavily target-based.

Educational & Skill-Set Qualifiers

Education: Graduation, HSC (12th) or 10th qualified. Should not be currently pursuing any full-time, part-time, online, or distance-learning course.

Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, good interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability, and strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Languages: English mandatory; Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, or Marathi preferred.

Technical skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Work schedule: 6-day working week — Saturday and Sunday are working days, with one rotational weekly off between Monday and Friday.

Leave policy: Leaves are generally not approved during the first three months of joining, except in case of emergencies.

Other: Should not be currently engaged in any real estate business or property brokerage. Candidates should be able to join immediately.
