JOB OVERVIEW:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for premier international BPO processes in Jaipur. You will interact with global customers to assist, troubleshoot, and deliver world-class service across Voice, Live Chat, and Email channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer interactions via Voice, Chat, or Email with high professionalism.
• Understand client/customer concerns and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
• Maintain top-tier customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores and quality guidelines.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with international clients in English.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluency in Spoken & Written English (Clear articulation & good comprehension).
• Basic computer literacy & keyboard proficiency (30+ WPM preferred for Chat/Email).
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (5.5-day work week with rotational offs).
• Open to working from the office in Jaipur.
