Qualification: Graduation is mandatory

Languages Known: English & Hindi (Proficiency in both is required)

Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our BPO operations in Bengaluru. This opportunity is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in customer service and customer support.

The selected candidates will assist customers with their queries, provide accurate information, and help resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
• Communicate with customers professionally and understand their concerns.
• Provide accurate information and support as per company processes.
• Assist with query resolution and follow up on pending issues, wherever required.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records, where applicable.
