Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality on-site customer support by diagnosing and resolving product/service issues efficiently.
- Handle installation, setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of RFID, AIDC, and barcode solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support system.
- Follow up with clients to ensure complete resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams to deliver end-to-end support.
- Conduct customer training sessions for better product understanding and usage.
- Proactively identify potential issues and escalate when required.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, upgrades, and industry trends.
- Ready to travel outside Delhi for customer support visits and complaint resolution as require.
- 1 to3 years of experience in customer/technical support (preferably RFID, AIDC, barcode industry).
- Knowledge of Automation Conveyor systems is mandatory.
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- Bachelors degree in any relevant field.
