Key Responsibilities - Handle customer interactions and support requests through email-based processes
- Communicate professionally in Hindi and English as per customer preference
- Maintain accuracy and quality in written communication and issue resolution
- Navigate CRM systems, telephony applications, and operational tools efficiently
- Support customer queries while following defined operational processes and quality standards
- Maintain productivity, typing accuracy, and response quality expectations
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution when required
- Ensure timely handling of customer requests and operational tasks
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary or equivalent
- Freshers and candidates with 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience can apply
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
- English proficiency equivalent to Versant Level 3 or 4 preferred
- Accuracy in written communication with good grammar and sentence construction skills
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute with high accuracy preferred
- Basic knowledge of internet applications, mobile applications, MS Excel, and MS Word
- Good system navigation and computer handling skills
- Laptop/Desktop with minimum 5 MBPS internet speed required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Work From Office (WFO) environment
