• Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Customer Support Role (Banking Domain is Preferable)
• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi & English
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Basic computer knowledge
• Comfortable handling customer calls
• Willingness to work in rotational
