Role & responsibilities

Greet customers and understand their needs and preferences.

1. Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and offers to customers.
2. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
3. Assist customers in selecting suitable products and provide product demonstrations when required.
4. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service.
5. Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
6. Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the store or inventory team for replenishment.
7. Process customer orders, billing, payments, and invoices.
8. Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
9. Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and new product launches.
10. Coordinate with the store manager and team members to ensure smooth store operations.
