Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer support via Voice, Email, Chat & Social Media channels.

Resolve customer queries and concerns while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Meet contact center SLAs, productivity targets, and quality standards.

Adhere to data security, confidentiality, and compliance guidelines.

Participate in training, coaching sessions, and continuous learning initiatives.

Maintain schedule adherence and contribute positively to team performance.

Eligibility

Any Full-Time UG/PG Graduate (Arts / Science / Commerce / Engineering / Pharma / MBA / MCA)

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Good analytical and typing skills.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Candidates should reside within a 25 km radius of the office location.
