What Youll Do

• Handle customer calls and provide prompt, effective support.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and identify the right solutions.
• Resolve customer queries politely and professionally.
• Maintain and update customer information accurately.
• Achieve quality, productivity, and attendance targets.
• Identify common customer issues and share suggestions for improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Windows computers.
• Good time-management skills and the ability to work independently.

Eligibility

• High School / 10th / 12th / Diploma / Graduate or equivalent.

Shift: Rotational shift
Work Schedule: 5 working days & 2 rotational weekly offs
