Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, email, and chat
• Assist customers with trading platform and account-related issues
• Handle account opening, KYC, and demat-related queries
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Provide support related to trading processes and services
• Maintain professional and customer-friendly communication

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
• 1+ year experience in customer support any industry
• Basic understanding of stock market and trading concepts is an advantage
• Ability to handle customers professionally and resolve queries effectively
• Malayalam language is must

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Sunday Off
