Customer Success & Support Executive

ElestaBiz builds a website and online-store builder for Indian small businesses - shops, restaurants, studios and service providers - so they can get online without technical help. We are hiring a Customer Success & Support Executive to help the business owners who use ElestaBiz set up their sites, and to get them answers when they are stuck.

What you will do

• Answer customer questions by email, chat, WhatsApp and phone, in Telugu and English.

• Help new customers set up their website or online store in their first few weeks.

• Log every customer conversation in our CRM, and follow up until the question is resolved.

• Report bugs and feature requests to the product team, with the steps that cause them.

• Suggest improvements to our help articles, based on the questions customers ask.

• Open a customer's account only as far as their question needs, and never share customer data outside the company.

About the role

• Fixed-term employment for 12 months, renewable by mutual agreement.

• Remote: you work from home, anywhere in Andhra Pradesh.

• Five days a week, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST. The team covers Monday to Saturday, so your weekly day off rotates; the rota is published at least seven days in advance.

Requirements

• Fluent spoken and written Telugu and English. Hindi is a plus.

• Patient, polite and clear, on the phone and in writing.

• Comfortable with computers and smartphones, and quick to learn new software.

• Experience in customer support, sales or another customer-facing role is a plus. Freshers are welcome to apply.

• A reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work from home in Andhra Pradesh.
