Customer Success & Recruiting Operations Specialist(US Shift | Remote)

Ninjahire is building an autonomous AI recruiting platform for staffing agencies and talent acquisition teams. Our AI agents help customers manage job intake, candidate sourcing, outreach, screening, and recruiting workflows.

The Opportunity:

We are hiring our first dedicated Customer Success & Recruiting Operations Specialist. This is a hands on, ground zero role with an opportunity to help build how Ninjahire onboards, supports, and grows its customers.

What Youll Do:

1. Own Customer Success & Adoption:

- Onboard customers and help them reach their first recruiting outcomes quickly.

- Respond promptly to customers via video, email, and chat.

- Review platform activity, identify low adoption or stalled workflows, and proactively execute corrective actions.

2. Run Recruiting Workflows:

- Review new job requests, refine sourcing criteria, and expand searches through Boolean/AI.

- Screen candidate profiles, build outreach campaigns, and handle candidate coordination.

3. Work AI-First:

- Use AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude) to research, draft, analyze, and execute workflows faster.

- Configure and reuse prompts, agents, and automations rather than doing tasks manually.

What We Need:

- 2–5 years experience in US Recruiting/Sourcing, HRTech Customer Success, or Product Operations in HRTech.

- Practical comfort with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Prompting, or automation tools (Zapier, Make).

- Strict availability for 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM US Eastern Time (ET) Shift.

- Excellent spoken and written English.
