Customer Success Manager

The Role:

You will take complete ownership of your accounts, ensuring that our marketing strategies are executed flawlessly and that communication flows seamlessly. You are part strategist, part project manager, and the ultimate advocate for the brands you manage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, taking full responsibility for their growth, satisfaction, and retention.
• Coordination: Lead meetings, present strategy decks, gather feedback, and ensure all communications are clear, professional, and timely.
• Project Management: Oversee daily timelines, track team accountability, and utilize project management tools to ensure all deliverables stay on schedule and within scope.
• Team Work & Leadership: Coordinate cross-functionally with copywriters, designers, and video editors to align their outputs with the overarching strategy.
• Strategic Execution: Apply strong marketing acumen to interpret campaign data, suggest optimizations, and proactively pitch new ideas to drive results.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on account management or success manager experience within a marketing agency.

• Equipment: Must own a reliable personal laptop equipped for daily video calls.

• Core Skills: A strong foundation in digital marketing, impeccable organizational skills, and a natural ability to build relationships and lead a team toward a unified goal.
